Body Joke Shop does not accept returns at this time - customers may email body.joke.shop@gmail.com to inquire about an
exchange. Items unworn (aside from a try on) can be exchanged for something else within 30 days of recieving item. If item is significantly worn or damaged, it will not be eligible for exchange, please see below guidelines on repair.
Repair:
If an item is damaged while doing day to day activities please email body.joke.shop@gmail.com to inquire about an repair. Please note in advance that all the items are handmade and many edges are left raw on purpose to change the item over time. You are encouraged to mend the clothes yourself - however if you are unable to please follow these outlines:
For ready-to-wear items only:
Item are eligible for free repair (minus charge of shipping) within 30 days of purchasing. After that a charge will be assessed based on the needs.
For custom orders only:
Items are eligible for free repair (minus charge of shipping) within 3 months of purchasing. After that a charge will be assessed based on the needs.
Alteration:
If an item does not fit as desired or expected please email body.joke.shop@gmail.com to inquire about an alteration. Body
Joke Shop wants your clothes to fit you how you like! Please take care to note the measurements provided in advance so you can try to estimate how the item will fit. The items are all handmade and do not follow a typical sizing guide, if you have questions about the fit of a particular item, please email body.joke.shop@gmail.com. If your
item arrives not fitting as desired, or your body changes and you want to keep wearing the item, please follow these outlines:
